Our Craftsman
The Unique Wood Store (UWS) is a very small company comprised of one single craftsman, Paul Bouvier. Paul's career spans over 30 years in the tech sector mostly in healthcare. Over the last few years his creative side and love for wood called him to begin to craft products of all kinds. The UWS has a limited product primarily because they are all uniquely crafted inspired by practical use or artistic decor. Domestic and exotic hardwoods are used exclusively often accompanied by some unique epoxy fills.
Each product is part of a collection with the first collection called The Food Collection where each item is used in preparing or serving food. Cheese charcuterie and cutting boards are the first products but we have a few other collections coming like The Aqua Collection - decorative art 3d carve and epoxy filled from the majestic turtle, the brilliant dolphin and the spellbinding mermaid, the beast collection - decorative art 3d carve with epoxy fill are the magnificent elephant, the enormous giraffe, the fierce lion and others.
